Temperature Data Logger

The Temperature Data Logger is a miniature, precision device designed for accurate monitoring of temperature and humidity, making it ideal for milk pasteurising, food processing, and other temperature-sensitive applications. This logger allows users to record environmental conditions reliably, helping maintain quality, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

The Temperature Data Logger features a temperature measuring range of -30°C to +60°C with an accuracy of ±1°C within standard ranges. Humidity is measured from 0% to 99% RH with an accuracy of ±3%RH (at 25°C, 20–90% RH), providing precise environmental tracking for both storage and processing environments. Data resolution is 0.1°C for temperature and 0.1% RH for humidity, ensuring detailed records for analysis.

With adjustable record intervals from 10 seconds to 24 hours, the logger supports multiple capacities: RC-4HA holds up to 8,000 points, while RC-4HC holds up to 16,000 points. Data is easily accessed via USB interface, and the device can operate on its internal CR2450 battery or powered through USB. Battery life extends beyond one year under standard recording intervals, ensuring long-term monitoring without frequent replacement.

Compact and portable, the Temperature Data Logger measures 84mm x 44mm x 20mm, and functions reliably across ambient temperatures from -30°C to +60°C. Even in low temperatures, data recording continues accurately, with only minor delays in LCD display.
