The medium model of Milky. This butter churn is perfect for places without electricity. It’s made of stainless steel. The quality of this butter churn is excellent. It’s small enough, and you can use it at home or small farm. As the manufacturer declares, you need 20-30 minutes to get butter. Butter output from cream is 35-50%. The cream container has an outlet for buttermilk and an inlet for cold water.
The maximal cream load is 12 litres or 3,2 gallons. The minimal cream load is 6 litres or 1,6 gallons. All parts which contact the food are made of high-quality stainless steel.
Butter churn helpful tips:
– Wash the container with cold water before butter processing.
– After you get the cream from milk, put it in the fridge for 1-3 days. The cream has to ripen.
– The best ripening temperature in summertime is 5-8 °C or 41-46˚F. In winter time is 8-10 °C or 46-50˚F.
– The best cream temperature before processing is 14-16 °C or 57-61˚F.
– If you want to process 12 liters or 3,2 gallons of cream, it’s better to split this volume into two cycles of 6 litres or 1,6 gallons. The butter quality will be higher.
The total capacity of the cream container is 32 litres or 8,5 gallons.
