Free delivery on orders over £150.00 net – Excl to this may include large, heavy and/or palletised items and or items going to Republic of Ireland, Southern, Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Our flat rate charge is £7.95 – We can ship items at a Royal Mail cost dependant on your location and requirements, please contact us with your enquiry.

Shipping to Republic of Ireland is charged at £16.50, this can vary dependant on weight and quantities of items and can be subject to change due per order circumstances, for clarity we can advise at point of order.

International orders – these are accepted by email or contact form as shipping calculations are calculated by requirement.

Pallet Deliveries

We offer a standard rate pallet delivery charge on large and bulky items – surcharges may apply depending on your delivery location.

Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Claims

Returns Policy

We are committed to the quality of our products. We accept returns solely for faulty items. Should you encounter a product defect, please reach out to us promptly to request a returns number and arrange for the item’s return, aiming for a seamless credit transaction.

Please note, returns due to user error do not qualify.

To ensure a credit, items must be faulty upon receipt and returned at your expense, unless otherwise authorized by your MDS sales contact. Returned items must be in a saleable condition.

Exchange Policy

We understand that ordering the correct size, colour, or item can sometimes be challenging. Currently, we do not offer an exchange service for items ordered incorrectly.

Responsibility for the correct order rests with the customer. However, we value our customer relationships and are willing to discuss potential exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation by emailing orders@milldairyservice.co.uk stating your order number and reason for exchange.

Warranty Claims

We adhere to the latest trading standards to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. However, please be aware that the final decision on warranty claims rests with the manufacturer. We will facilitate communication between you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues arising under warranty as efficiently and promptly as possible.

Refund Information

Please be aware that all refunds are subject to a handling charge of £1.25 per transaction. For more details regarding refunds, please contact our customer service team.
