The biggest cream separator by Milky
Milky FJ600 EAR DC Cream Separator is very suitable for medium farms and households.
This cream separator doesn’t have a milk container because it was developed for direct connection with a milk tank through a hose.
“LONGLIFE” means that this cream separator has a brushless motor with a frequency inverter. In other words, it can work much longer than other cream separators you can see on the market.
Also, such advantages as anodized aluminium disks inside the drum or very durable high-quality stainless steel make this model much better than cream separators of other brands.
Under anodized disks, we mean that disks that are made of aluminium will not acidify under the influence of milk because they are covered by a special 14-micrometer film.
With this device, you can make cream, sour cream, and low-fat milk. We are sure there are more products but we mentioned the most popular.
You can separate the milk of cows, goats, sheep, camels, and others.
All parts that contact food are made of high-quality stainless steel and food-safe aluminium.
The fixing hooks provide more safety to this cream separator.
Just warm the milk up to 40˚C, switch the separator on, and pour the milk into the cream separator by hose.
– from 10 litres of milk you will get about 1 litre of cream;
– the cream will have 10 times more fat than your milk. It means that if your milk has 3,2% you will get cream with 32% of fat;
– if you need cream with a lower fat content of fat you can mix it with low-fat milk which you get during separation.
– pour about 3 liters of hot water into the separator before the milk. The separation will be better.
– the last three letters in the name of every Milky separator (in this case EAR) mean the power supplier and material. E – works from electricity, A – the drum with discs inside is made of aluminium, R – milk container and other parts which contact food are made of refined steel.
