Built from AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel and insulated with a durable double-wall polyurethane system, the Milkplan Cheese Pasteuriser 200–1000L supports efficient pasteurisation while protecting delicate curd structure.

8% Tilting Mechanism
Each unit is fitted with an 8% tilting system, available in manual or air-piston assisted versions. This allows smooth, controlled draining of curds, helping preserve curd structure while improving yield and operator safety.
Optimised Temperature Control
An NTC IP68 AISI316 immersion sensor is positioned in a curved, recessed location inside the tank. This ensures highly accurate temperature readings while remaining clear of cutting blades, preventing disturbance to the curd during processing.
Planetary Stirring for Ideal Curd Cutting
A heavy-duty planetary stirring system rotates on multiple axes to deliver even, consistent curd cutting—essential for achieving uniform cheese texture and precise moisture control.
