The Vink Footbath (Hydromatic) is an advanced automatic cattle footbath system designed to deliver deep, effective hoof and heel cleaning with minimal labour. Available in left- or right-hand configurations, it is ideal for modern dairy units focused on hoof health, hygiene, and efficiency.

This hydromatic footbath uses powerful integrated jets to spray treatment liquid directly against the cow’s foot and heel, targeting the critical interdigital space where infections commonly develop. This active cleaning approach ensures thorough coverage and improved treatment penetration compared to conventional walk-through baths.

The carefully designed channel length and layout encourage cows to walk slowly through the system, increasing contact time and maximising cleaning effectiveness. This controlled movement supports consistent results across the entire herd.

A key advantage of the system is its automatic operation. Advanced filtration technology, combined with the continuous addition of fresh solution, helps maintain treatment quality from the first cow to the last. The system cleans and refills itself automatically, eliminating manual handling and reducing daily workload.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the Vink Footbath (Hydromatic) is built for long-term durability in demanding farm environments. It is compatible with all water-soluble hoof treatment products and operates with low water consumption, using approximately 4 litres (1 gallon) per 5 cows, making it both effective and economical.
