Made by Silclear, the Silclear Silicone Transfer Tube ensures reliable performance during milking and processing. Its soft, flexible material won’t collapse under vacuum and is resistant to rot and chemical exposure, reducing the frequency of replacements and downtime. Its smooth surface also helps prevent sediment buildup, supporting clean milk transfer and equipment longevity.
For best performance and maximum tube life, check the correct size for your system before cutting, remove any sharp edges from connection points, avoid twisting or kinking when fitting, and regularly clean and sterilise according to chemical supplier instructions. Wetting the tube exterior before milking and power washing after use further prolongs its life.
