Semi-Automated Bottle Filler
This efficient machine can fill up to 600 bottles per hour and is fitted with standard nozzles designed for bottles with a minimum 18mm neck diameter, however there are different options for neck sizes so please do let us know the size of your bottles.
The filling nozzles and frame are stainless steel, which ensures durability and easy cleaning.
The machines dimensions are approximately 650 x 460 x 450mm, making it a practical addition to your setup.
The Semi-Automated Bottle Filler features a simple plug and play operation with a standard 13-amp plug with a built-in vacuum pump with a with adjustable speeds, allowing you to control how quickly your bottles fill. Please note that faster filling speeds may result in increased frothing.
Warranty – The machine comes with a 12-month warranty.
Unit Details – it is a single-unit machine and does not come with a stand.
Inlet Pipe – The included pipe is a 1” flexible hose with a stainless stell weight at the end to ensure it stays at the bottom of your tank, pasteuriser, or churn.
Cleaning – Any bulk tank or pasteuriser cleaner at 65 degrees will work well. Simply flush the system until clear water runs through.
Bottle Compatibility – Designed for glass bottles.
Filling mechanism – It uses an automatic shut-off nozzle, which ensures the milk will stops flowing when the bottle is full (how a petrol pump works)

Shipping to Republic of Ireland is charged at £16.50, this can vary dependant on weight and quantities of items and can be subject to change due per order circumstances, for clarity we can advise at point of order.
International orders – these are accepted by email or contact form as shipping calculations are calculated by requirement.
