When supplied with cooling control, the Dixell controller provides intuitive, precise management of cooling and stirring functions, helping safeguard milk quality from collection through storage.
A dedicated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) manages the complete five-cycle washing and disinfection process. All parameters are fully adjustable, allowing the system to be tailored to individual tank sizes, water conditions, and hygiene protocols, with future software update capability built in.
A purpose-designed water spray system with rotating blades ensures thorough internal coverage, removing milk residues and maintaining excellent hygiene standards after every wash.
The integrated high-capacity water pump guarantees continuous recirculation, stable flow, and consistent spray pressure—essential for reliable, repeatable cleaning results.
All internal metal components of the washing system are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel (DIN 1.4301), offering long-term resistance to corrosion, even when using strong disinfectants.
