This cream separator is constructed mainly from polycarbonate, drum and disks are made or aluminium. Very good combination of quality and price.
With this cream separator you can make cream, sour cream, and low-fat milk at home. We are sure there are more products you can make but we mentioned the most popular.
You can separate the milk of cow, goat, sheep, camel and others.
All parts which contact the food are made of aluminium. Of course, stainless steel is the best material but aluminium is on the second place from the top.
