Milky FJ10 electric butter churn
The FJ10 electric butter churn by Milky is constructed of high grade stainless steel with an overall container capacity of 10l.
The FJ10 is Milkys smallest machine, ideal for small scale commercial use or home use.
Process time of 20-30 minutes to get butter with a butter output from cream of 32-42%.
The FJ10 benefits from a butter milk outlet, automatic safety shut off function and adjustable 4 speed motor.
The maximum cream load is 3.8 litres or 0.9 gallons and minimal cream load 1.5 litres or 0.3 gallons.FJ10 Butter Churn Video
– After you get the cream from milk, put it in the fridge for 1-3 days. The cream has to ripen.
– The best ripening temperature in summertime is 5-8 °C or 41-46 °F. In winter the temperature is 8-10 °C or 46-50 °F.
– The best cream temperature before processing is 14-16 °C or 57-61°F.
