Kilco Farmalin Intense is a specialized hoof disinfectant developed by Kersia to support the maintenance of healthy hooves in dairy cows, beef cattle, and sheep. This product is particularly beneficial for managing and preventing conditions such as digital dermatitis, foot rot, and other hoof-related issues.
Aldehyde and QUAT-Free: Formulated without aldehydes and quaternary ammonium compounds, making it suitable for use in existing footbath regimens that previously utilized copper or zinc-based treatments.
Microbial Control: Contains Chlorocresol, a topical antibacterial agent, and has passed EN1656 testing, demonstrating effectiveness against pathogens like Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, and Enterococcus hirae.
IONAS Barrier Technology: Incorporates IONAS technology to help maintain normal hoof health integrity.
Skin Conditioning: Formulated with excipients and co-solvents that aid in hoof hardening and provide emollient action to the skin, assisting in the thinning of hard, calloused skin tissues.
