The Kerbl HappyCow Uno Cow Brush is a high-performance rotating brush designed to improve cow comfort, hygiene, and overall herd welfare. By encouraging natural grooming behaviour, it helps reduce stress, stimulate circulation, and support healthier, more productive animals.
The Kerbl HappyCow Uno Cow Brush features a diagonal, conical brush design, allowing effective grooming of the back, tail, torso, and head. This ensures full-body contact, helping remove dirt, loose hair, and parasites while improving skin condition and cleanliness.
The brush is automatically activated when the cow lifts it slightly, providing easy and safe operation. It includes intelligent electronics and a clearly visible display, allowing simple monitoring and reliable performance. The system also features variable running times (10–300 seconds) and automatic direction change, ensuring even brush wear and consistent grooming.
Safety is prioritised with a torque safety shutdown, stopping the brush if excessive resistance is detected. The unit is built for durability with hot-dip galvanised steel components and continuous gear lubrication, ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance.
