The Kerbl HappyCow Maxi Swing Cow Brush features a vertical brush arrangement with full swing movement, allowing access from all sides. The brush rotates in multiple directions and angles, ensuring effective cleaning of the torso, head, and hard-to-reach areas. Unlike horizontal brushes, this design reduces the risk of animals jumping, improving safety within the housing environment.
The system is automatically activated when the cow slightly deflects the brush, providing easy and intuitive operation. Equipped with intelligent electronics and a clear status display, it offers reliable performance and simple monitoring. Adjustable running times (10–300 seconds) and automatic direction change ensure consistent use and even brush wear.
Built for durability, the brush features continuous gear lubrication and hot-dip galvanised steel components, ensuring long service life in demanding farm conditions. A torque safety shutdown protects animals by stopping the brush if excessive resistance is detected.
