Ecolab MilkLine Concentrated Powder is a powerful acid-based cleaning powder designed to keep your milking system, pipelines, and cooling tanks in top condition. Specially developed to remove stubborn milkstone, mineral deposits, and residue build-up, it helps ensure every litre of milk you produce stays clean, safe, and high-quality.
This non-foaming formula dissolves quickly in warm water and is suitable for use in all milking parlours and milk storage systems. It performs exceptionally well across varying water hardness levels and does not contain harsh acids like nitric or phosphoric, making it safe for equipment and gentle on sensitive components.
MilkLine Powder is typically used at a 0.5% concentration in water heated to 40–50 °C. Once circulated through your system for a minimum of 10 minutes, a clean water rinse ensures a safe finish before the next milking. It is best used in rotation with an alkaline cleaning product to maintain full-spectrum hygiene.
