The Delaval FlowMaster Pro MM15 Type Major Service Kit is a comprehensive maintenance kit designed to refresh the critical internal seals and components of the FlowMaster Pro MM15 milk meter. Regular servicing with a complete kit helps maintain accurate milk measurement, reliable performance, and long-term component life in busy parlour environments.
This pattern service kit (not OEM) includes the key parts needed to perform a major service on your milk meter, helping restore proper operation and reduce the risk of leaks or measurement drift. The kit components are:
Silicone valve seal – restores effective closure and flow control
Rubber bellows – renews flexible sealing performance
Rubber seal gasket – ensures leak-free assembly sealing
Rubber plug (124mm x 136mm) – replacement body plug
Spoiler seal (70mm diameter) – maintains accurate internal sealing
As shown in the image, this kit contains the essential parts required to complete a major service, addressing wear points that can affect meter accuracy or smooth performance over time. A major service is typically carried out when symptoms of wear or reduced meter performance are present, or as part of a scheduled maintenance programme.
A minor service kit is also available separately for simpler maintenance tasks where fewer components are required.
