Available in a wide range of sizes, the Quantus range offers both single-stage and double-stage cooling options, allowing farms to select the most appropriate system for their milk output and cooling requirements. Depending on the model selected, these units can cool up to 10,740 litres of milk per hour, making them ideal for high-throughput parlours and expanding operations.
The Kingston Quantus Wall Mounted Single & Double Stage Plate Coolers (Various Options) feature large format stainless-steel plates for maximum heat exchange efficiency. They are fitted with clip-on gaskets, allowing quick and straightforward gasket replacement during servicing. The milk circuit uses 1½” TCL fittings, while the water circuit is equipped with 1” BSP fittings, ensuring compatibility with standard dairy installations.
Designed primarily as wall-mounted units, each cooler is supplied complete with a mounting bracket, with an optional floor-mounting kit available where required. The all stainless-steel construction ensures durability, hygiene, and long service life in demanding dairy environments.
