The Cotswold coil heater
exchanger is, essentially, a dairy open top water heater, without control box
and element but incorporating a single or double seamless 22mm stainless steel
coil (depending on
size or customer requirements)
these highly efficient units
can save thousands of pounds worth of electric by recovering waste heat from refrigeration
units, heat pumps or solar panels, giving water temperatures of 45°C or more depending on the
situation.
This water can then be transferred into a water heater to be boosted to
the required temperature for plant or bulk tank washing.
